Bright Insights Consulting is a labour of love, she is the owner and Managing Director of our boutique agency and has worked in the UAE for nearly 16 years. Lisa is super passionate about her subject matter and feels there are not enough people out there offering good direction at a reasonable price.
Ross McKay
Commercial
Director
With a wise head on his (late) Gen X shoulders, Ross likes to keep a handle on the numbers and has years of experience making commercial sense of projects whether in management consulting, mergers & acquisitions or commercial roles in the Technology and Telecom sectors. If he’s not in the office you’ll probably find him on a building site, following his other passion of running a property development and investment business.
Hormazd Malao
Marketing & Engagement Manager
The youngest in the team but with his millennial mindset he re-defines how we approach our marketing and consumer engagement strategies. Thinking differently only compliments our overall offering to ensure we are balanced and cohesive in our thought process. Hormazd is our keen bean, if he doesn’t know, give him 5 minutes and he will be the expert.
Tamir Bodemor
Client Services Manager
Tamir is like the "Groot" from the Guardians of the Galaxy. He is a big lad, probably the nicest and warmest soul on the planet with the sole aim of keeping our clients happy. Trust us, he does have super powers to go above and beyond for our clients as he manages our client servicing team.
